Yes! We're going to have another Hoedown! Here's how it goes: Come to the Lazy J Ranch in Milford. Bring a snack or hors d'oeurves to share -- the snack table ends up being about 15 feet long! Bring your own beverage of choice. Put on some comfy, casual clothes or dress western-style. Wear comfy dancing shoes. Be prepared to dance -- don't know how? You'll learn! It's not especially hard and it's definitely fun. Cost is $20 each to cover the cost of renting the barn and paying the excellent square dance caller. Fun for all ages: kids and kids at heart.
Speaking of the barn -- it's over 100 years old and so great looking inside. If you've been to the Hoedown before, you'll know why we're excited to go again. Let Chrissy Walker know if you're coming--she's been in charge of this event since the first one, when she was only 16!
