Time for a roadtrip?! Our friends from Omaha, Nebraska, are going to be celebrating their 50th Anniversary on Sept. 3-4. Die Heimat Tänzer had to postpone their celebration by one year but are eagerly awaiting the arrival of guests from all over at their wonderful clubhouse at the German-American Society. Our own Siasswasser Tanzlmusi will be playing! Our experiences in Omaha have always been fun and memorable.
Friday night dinner and Saturday Fest Abend banquet dinner are included in the $65 ticket price. Saturday afternoon is a church mass. The hotel is the reasonably priced Best Western Plus ($85-$95/night) just a 5-minute drive from the clubhouse. If you're interested in going, let Rita Dziersk know by July 25 so she can get the banquet reservations made and paid.
